Holistic Approach
Being a proficient seamstress is not enough for most refugees to maintain long-term employment. Our holistic approach addresses the additional barriers that refugee women face to make sure they are workforce-ready.
The VTC Graduate
VTC Graduates leave the program ready to confidently enter the workforce as competitive candidates. 88% of 2025 and 2026 graduates have entered the workforce and maintained employment.
