THE BASICS 

We love our products and hope you do too! If you aren’t 100% satisfied with your Vickery Trading Company purchase for any reason, we will happily accept exchanges or returns of any unworn, unwashed garments with original tags according to the policies below. 

 

THE DETAILS 

Exchanges 

You may exchange any unworn, unwashed garment or accessory in new condition within 30 days of the original shipment date. You can choose to receive either a refund via your original payment method, or store credit for the original price paid plus $6 credit to cover the cost of shipping your next Vickery Trading Company purchase. Original shipping charges on exchanged items are non-refundable. 

 

Returns 

You may return an unworn, unwashed garment or accessory in new condition within 30 days of the original shipment date. You may choose to receive either a refund via your original payment method, or store credit for the original price paid plus $6 credit to cover the cost of shipping your next Vickery Trading Company purchase. Original shipping charges on returned items are non-refundable. 

 

Items not included in our return policy 

Gift Cards and Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. Lost items or items damaged due to normal wear and tear are not covered under our return policy. 

 

Items lost or damaged in transit 

Items that are damaged in transit or are missing from shipment and reported within 30 days of the original shipment date are eligible for replacement, exchange, or refund. 

 

Defective items 

If your Vickery Trading Company item is defective in construction, Vickery Trading Company will provide a replacement within 30 days of the original shipment date at no additional cost to you.
