We know you’re excited to receive your VTC handsewn cuteness!! Once your order is placed, you can expect it to ship within 2-10 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you’ll know it’s on its way. Packages are shipped via USPS and typically arrive within 3-5 business days after shipment. Currently, we only ship in the United States.
Holiday Shipping Notice
Our office will be closed Monday, Dec 21, 2020-Monday, Jan 4, 2021 so that our staff can rest and spend time with their families while their children are out of school. Online orders can still be placed during this time. However, Curbside pickup will not be available during this time and orders placed after 12:00 noon CST on Friday, December 18, 2020 will not ship until our offices re-open. On Tuesday, Jan 5, 2021, our offices will re-open, shipping will resume and curbside pick-up will be available according to the regular schedule.
In-Store Pick-up is currently on hold due to restrictions because of COVID-19.
$4 flat rate shipping on orders weighing under 0.25 lb
$6 flat rate shipping on orders weighing 0.25-0.74 lb
$8 flat rate on orders weighing 0.75-0.99 lb
$10 flat rate on orders weighing 1.0 lb and above
Due to restrictions in place because of COVID-19, our shop is currently offering Curbside Pick-Up.
If you select the Curbside Pick-Up option, you will receive a pick-up notification email when your order is ready. Please do not come to pick up your order before you have received the pick-up notification email. Instructions for Pick-Up will be in the notification email. Pick-Up orders are usually ready within 1-2 business days.

Pick-Up orders not retrieved within 10 days of pick-up notification will be shipped to customers, according to our regular shipping rates.

Returns & Exchanges
We love our products and hope you do too! If you aren’t 100% satisfied with your Vickery Trading Company purchase for any reason, we will happily accept exchanges or returns of any unworn, unwashed garments with original tags according to the policies below.
You may exchange an unworn, unwashed garment or accessory in new condition within 30 days of the original shipment date. You can choose to receive either a refund via your original payment method, or a Vickery Trading Company credit for the original price paid plus $6 to cover the cost of shipping your next Vickery Trading Company purchase. Original shipping charges on returned items are non-refundable.
You may return an unworn, unwashed garment or accessory in new condition within 15 days of the original shipment date. You may choose to receive either a refund via your original payment method, or a Vickery Trading Company credit for the original price paid plus $6 to cover the cost of shipping your next Vickery Trading Company purchase. Original shipping charges on returned items are non-refundable.
Items not included in our return policy
Gift Cards and Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. Lost items or items damaged due to normal wear and tear are not covered under our return policy.
Items lost or damaged in transit
Items that are damaged in transit or are missing from shipment and reported within 30 days of the original shipment date are eligible for replacement, exchange, or refund.
If your Vickery Trading Company item is defective in construction, Vickery Trading Company will provide a replacement within 30 days of the original shipment date at no additional cost to you.
